National First-Generation Student Day is coming up on Nov. 8! Did you know that approximately 25% of the U of A student population is made up of first-generation students? 

The Office of Transition Programs & Initiatives celebrates this day each year with a week full of events! We are continuing the tradition this year, with First-Generation Student Week taking place Nov. 3-7. A full schedule of events can be found at firstgen.uark.edu.
