The Food Science Club Annual Apple Butter Fundraiser began on Oct. 6. 

Students in the club make the apple butter with the help of faculty and staff of the Department of Food Science and the Arkansas Food Innovation Center. The Food Science Club sells 12-oz. jars for $6 and cases with 12 jars for $60. They will be sold as long as supplies last on a first-come, first-served basis. 

Apple butter is sold at the Food Science Building Office N113, or call 479-575-4605. The club accepts cash or checks. Checks can be made out to the U of A Food Science Club. You can pick up your apple butter at the Food Science Building Office N113.
