Hill Records is thrilled to share that local rock group Ted Hammig and the Campaign will be featured performers at the world-famous Austin City Limits Music Festival this October. The band hails from Fayetteville and has been an affiliated artist with the University of Arkansas student-run record label, Hill Records, since their 2024 appearance on the EP Catharsis.

The ensemble includes several current U of A students, and Hammig himself is an Arkansas alum.

"We are excited to play Austin City Limits! Thank you to everyone that has supported us along the way. Can't wait to show Austin how Fayetteville does it!"

Ted Hammig and the Campaign will perform on Week 2 of the Austin City Limits festival, on Oct. 11. As part of the Hill Records team, several U of A students will accompany the band and spend the weekend networking with music industry professionals.

Abbie Petersen, president of Hill Records, was thrilled to be a part of the group headed to Texas. "We can't wait to see Ted Hammig and the Campaign on the ACL stage! This is a project we've been working on for a long time, and we're all so excited to see it come to fruition."

"To see an artist rise to the next level in their career while at the same time collaborating with our students is exactly what the Hill Records project is all about," said Jake Hertzog, the faculty adviser for Hill Records. "We are so proud of our students and artists and grateful to all involved that helped make this happen."
