The Board of Directors for the Society of Clinical Child and Adolescent Psychology announced the results of its recent board elections and welcomed new members to its leadership team. Elected as incoming president of the society is Tim Cavell, professor of psychological science at the U of A.

The Society of Clinical Child and Adolescent Psychology is one of 56 divisions within the American Psychological Association, and its vision is to improve the mental health and resilient development of children, adolescents and families. Its mission is to enhance the science and practice of clinical child and adolescent psychology by supporting its membership and the field's workforce in the domains of research, evidence-based practice, training and career development.
