The U of A Psychological Clinic is warmly welcoming new clients, including couples seeking therapy. Whether you're hoping to strengthen your relationship or navigate ongoing challenges, our clinic offers evidence-based, compassionate care tailored to your unique needs.

We provide a wide range of science-supported mental health services for concerns such as:

  • Anxiety and depression
  • Trauma recovery
  • Academic and performance-related stress
  • Life transitions and identity exploration
  • Marital, family and interpersonal conflict

Our services include:

  • Individual therapy for adults, adolescents and children
  • Couples and family therapy
  • Psychological evaluation (e.g., ADHD, learning and developmental concerns, personality, diagnostic clarification and autism)

All services are provided by advanced doctoral students in the U of A Clinical Psychology Ph.D. program, under the close supervision of licensed clinical psychologists from the Department of Psychological Science. Please note that wait times for services may vary depending on the type of care you're seeking.
