The U of A and the NWA Juneteenth Planning Committee invite the community, friends and family to celebrate our annual Northwest Arkansas Juneteenth Celebrations, which commemorate the anniversary of African American emancipation. Celebrating 29 years of culture in NWA.
2025 JUNETEENTH CELEBRATION
Saturday June 21
1-5 p.m.
U of A Gardens
The celebration will take place at the U of A Gardens from 1-5 p.m. June 21. This event is free to the public! We'll have lots of fun with live music, games, giveaways and activities for the whole family!
Calling All Volunteers
The NWA Juneteenth Committee is excited to host the 2025 NWA Juneteenth Celebration, and we need your help to make it a success!
We're looking for enthusiastic individuals to assist with various aspects of the event. Whether you're helping with set-up, greeting guests, supporting activities or managing information tables, your time and energy will help create a meaningful experience for all.
