U of A Children's Choir Day Camp Kicks Off June 23-27
If you have a child who loves to sing and wants to meet other singers from all over Northwest Arkansas, sign them up for the U of A Children's Choir Day Camp! Hosted by Community Music School, an outreach program of the Department of Music, the camp enters its fourth year bringing summer music education to students in a fun, safe, inclusive environment.
Students entering grades 2-12 for fall 2025 are welcome, and there's no previous experience or audition required. Kids will spend each day rehearsing with ensembles, sectional group vocal lessons, fun daily campus activities, and will perform a special concert on the final day of camp. They will also get a head start on All-Region/All-State skills for the upcoming year.
Registration can be found on the Community Music School website, and fees will include instruction, materials and a daily lunch at the campus dining hall. Parents must register students by May 31 to receive a free camp T-shirt.
Be a part of this incredible group this summer!
