Fulbright Scholars at U of A Announces 2025-26 Executive Board

The Fulbright Scholars at the U of A proudly announces the election of its Executive Board for the 2025-26 academic year. The newly elected board members are as follows:
- Domingo A. Feliz Carela, a master's student in public administration and nonprofit management, will serve as the 2025-26 FSUA president.
- Maykol H. Rojas, pursuing a Ph.D. in cell and molecular biology, will serve as the vice president.
- Yanis A. Vasquez Valdes, a master's student in cell and molecular biology, will serve as the secretary.
- Claudia Ramos, a master's student in communication, will serve as the treasurer.
The election was held on April 25, and the newly elected board members will commence their duties at the start of the upcoming academic year, focusing on enhancing community engagement and support for Fulbright scholars throughout the U of A.
Throughout the 2025-26 term, the FSUA Executive Board plans to implement new initiatives to foster networking opportunities, academic support and cultural exchange among Fulbright scholars. They also aim to organize events to encourage collaboration and professional development.
