The Ozark Section of the Institute of Food Technologists (IFT) will host the Research Competition and Networking Event, a free event open to all, today. This engaging gathering will bring together students, faculty and industry professionals to share innovative research, compete for awards and build valuable connections.

Competition will include three-minute prresentations with two-minute Q&As. Prizes will be given for the top two presenters and a people's choice.
