The Global Campus is offering three training sessions on Zoom for U of A online instructors to learn how to use a new proctoring service called Honorlock.

In June, the Global Campus will transition the online proctoring services from its current provider, ProctorU, to Honorlock Online Proctoring for all online courses. Honorlock offers a range of advanced features, including easy integration with Blackboard Learn, on-demand proctoring for students and 24/7 support for both students and instructors. This change is part of the Global Campus' ongoing efforts to enhance the online learning experience for students and faculty. 

Each session is one hour long and will cover:

• Understanding how Honorlock works for your assessments from both the faculty and student perspective
• Learning how to enable Honorlock's customizable exam settings to align with your academic integrity goals
• Mastering how to review results for any Honorlock assessment through our robust exam reporting tools
• Implementing shared best practices to reduce student exam anxiety and ensure a seamless experience

This transition will affect only online courses. Face-to-face courses will continue to use Respondus Lockdown Browser for proctoring.
