The U of A’s Sam M. Walton College of Business is expanding its Master of Science in supply chain management program to the Dallas metropolitan area in fall 2025. This expansion will offer working professionals access to a top-tier program in one of the nation’s key business hubs.

Designed for professionals, the program provides specialized training in supply chain management, preparing students for leadership roles in sourcing, planning, logistics and new product introduction. The curriculum takes a systematic approach, equipping students to manage the complex flow of materials and information within organizations.

“We are so excited to bring our master’s in supply chain management to the Dallas market starting in fall 2025,” said Brian Fugate, associate dean for Graduate Programs and Research for Walton College. “The content will be delivered in a very flexible manner, with online delivery. We will also have in-person connections through immersive weekends where our students come together here in Dallas, work with companies to solve real problems, take tours and connect.”

While the coursework will be offered 100% online, required in-person immersion experiences will take place in the Dallas area to strengthen the program and differentiate it from other 100% online options. These in-person events – taking place over the course of two weekends a semester – will foster networking, collaboration and experiential opportunities with faculty and industry leaders.

The Walton College graduate program in supply chain management was recently ranked No. 2 in North America by Gartner, a leading research and consulting firm, recognizing its excellence in preparing students for the ever-evolving demands of the industry.

Applications for the Dallas cohort are now open, with classes set to begin in fall 2025. Those interested in learning more or applying should do so for the “All Coursework Online (Dallas onsite experiences)” option.
