There's a new look for the online presence of the Transit and Parking department.

The newly redesigned Transit and Parking website aims to improve the user experience by providing essential parking and transportation information in an easily accessible format.

Students, faculty, staff and campus visitors will find a more intuitive and centralized website layout with easy-to-find information on transit services, parking permits and citations. Users can also find links to MyParkingAccount and Passio GO! for quick access to two of the most frequently used resources on the website.

The Razorback Transit page showcases the different services it offers, including peak and non-peak bus routes, Safe Ride and paratransit, in addition to bikes and other alternative transportation options around campus. Visit transit.uark.edu to learn more.

The new site also features an updated gameday page for the best and most accurate information for how to get around when the Hogs are playing.

"Our hope is that this new-look website will allow the campus community to better understand and learn about our operations at Transit and Parking," Transit and Parking Director Gary Smith said. "We will continue to make improvements to our web presence, and we value everyone's feedback, as our primary goal is to properly serve the U of A with the best possible transportation experience."

The Division of Finance and Administration's communications and digital strategy team designed and implemented the new website in collaboration with Transit and Parking staff. The new site aimed to create a service that would improve student success and the university's status as an employer of choice, two pillars of the U of A's 150 Forward initiative.
