Entomology and Plant Pathology to Present a Professional Development Seminar Session Today
The Department of Entomology and Plant Pathology will host panelists Jim Correll (ENPL), Rupesh Kariyat (ENPL) and Adam Siepielski (BIOL) for an in-person and virtual seminar in the Agriculture Building, room 115, as part of the Spring 2025 Seminar Series. The seminar is scheduled to take place from 3:30-5 p.m. today, Tuesday, Feb. 25. We are pleased to invite you to our interactive Panel Discussion: Planning Your Research for Maximum Publication Potential.
This session will explore essential strategies for maximizing publication numbers and impact, including how to:
- Plan research projects with publication goals in mind,
- Establish effective "ground rules" for authorship within and between labs and
- Navigate key publishing challenges and opportunities to enhance career success.
The discussion will focus on practical advice and strategies from experienced researchers.
