Performance Reviews Launching Soon in Workday
Performance reviews for staff members will launch in Workday next week. All reviews must be completed by managers no later than March 31, 2025.
The Workday task for performance reviews will be assigned to either the staff member (to complete the self-evaluation step, if required) or directly to the supervisor (to begin the performance review). Decisions about whether to require self-evaluations for employees are made by unit leaders in collaboration with their HR Partner.
To assist supervisors with the performance review process, Human Resources is offering virtual training sessions on the following dates:
- Thursday, Jan. 30: 12:30-1:30 p.m. - Register Online
- Wednesday, Feb. 5: 10:30-11:30 a.m. - Register Online
- Tuesday, Feb. 11: 11 a.m.-noon - Register Online
These sessions will cover best practices for initiating and completing performance reviews. Managers are encouraged to complete the already assigned Performance Reviews for Managers (2025) training in Workday Learning before attending a session
