U of A Moves Labor Condition Application Notices Online

The U of A is now posting Labor Condition Application (LCA) notices online. These notices, required by the U.S. Department of Labor for non-immigrant employment such as H-1B and E-3 positions, are accessible on the university's website, ensuring greater transparency and accessibility for the campus community. This transition will help streamline the sponsorship process for the university's colleges, schools and departments.
