Program Allocations Board Second Supplemental Funding Meeting

The Program Allocations Board's second supplemental funding meeting of the 2024-25 school year is slated for 6 p.m. Monday, Nov. 18, in Arkansas Union room 201. This meeting is open to all students to attend. 

The Program Allocations Board is a group of students consisting of the following campus positions: 

  • Associated Student Government President Mason Berres (chair, non-voting) 
  • Associated Student Government Vice President Aleesa Williams 
  • Associated Student Government Treasurer Rhea Patel 
  • Volunteer Action Center President Gavin Miller 
  • Distinguished Lectures Committee Chair Grant Calvert 
  • Cardinal Nights Executive Director Hadley Adkison 
  • Headliners Concert Committee Chair Brylan Cole 
  • SOOIE President Karina Wickham 
  • University Programs President Kylee Bard 
  • Student At Large John Mainord 
  • Associated Student Government Chair of Senate Logan Martin (non-voting) 

The Program Allocations Board meets regularly to allocate the student activity fee to fund various programs and events administered by the organizations represented on the board. This process starts with a primary funding round at the end of the academic year to set the budget for each organization represented. Throughout the year, organizations can propose budgets to the board to request supplemental funding. The Nov. 18 meeting is the first supplemental funding meeting.
