Are You Eligible for Free Groceries Through SNAP? Find Out in Less Than Three Minutes
The Jane B. Gearhart Full Circle Food Pantry is a student-led initiative providing emergency food support and personal care items to all members affiliated with the U of A (students, faculty, staff, etc.). As a member of the pantry's student-led board, the alternative assistance coordinator is able to provide application assistance for the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program, or SNAP, and host SNAP information sessions.
With a quick screening, you can find out if you qualify in less than three minutes. The Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program is a program that provides benefits that can be used to purchase groceries. This program is available to eligible participants, including college students.
