The Black Employee Resource Group (BERG) invites faculty and staff to its Fall General Board meeting on Tuesday, Nov. 5, at the Arkansas Student Union, room 507-508, from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Lunch will be provided; please RSVP by emailing aaaeig@uark.edu.

BERG's mission extends beyond advocacy and support; we are committed to fostering leadership development, cultural competency and cross-cultural dialogue. Through a range of programs — including workshops, networking events, mentorship and collaborative initiatives—we empower our members to excel in their careers while furthering the university's broader objectives.

For over two decades, BERG has championed Black employees at the U of A, ensuring their voices are heard and contributions valued. We invite all members of the university community to join us in our ongoing efforts to create a campus where everyone feels valued and respected.
