The runway to Workday Student starts this November.

Individuals who have both employee and student records will begin to see a student profile in Workday starting early November. To prepare for upcoming go-lives of financial aid and registration process for the fall 2025 semester, those who already have access to Workday will see a slow rollout of student activities. All major student activities for spring and summer 2025, including registration, will still occur in UAConnect.

While UAConnect will still be used this spring, training and information will be provided in early 2025 to help students start preparing for onboarding and registration in Workday. Students can expect to use Workday to view financial aid and enroll in courses for fall 2025. Faculty and staff will be provided resources so they can aid their students and help themselves prepare for the transition.
