Creep It Real! Consent is No Trick - Oct 28, 11 a.m.-2 p.m., ARKU Mall

Join the Campus Collaborative Against Sexual Assault for a Halloween-themed event, Creep it Real: Consent is No Trick! The event is from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. today, Monday, Oct. 28, at the Union Mall. Featuring fun-filled engagement with peers and campus departments, activities center around important topics of consent, communication, boundaries, The Red Zone, rape culture and more!

Grab a pumpkin passport upon arrival, interact and get a stamp at as many tables possible. Every stamp on the pumpkin passport will be an entry into a drawing for a "Boo Basket."

At each hour of the event, the opportunity to engage in specially featured games exists! Wheel of Chance from 11 a.m. to noon, musical chairs from noon to 1 p.m. and hot pumpkin from 1-2 p.m.!

And, if you want a chance to be the "crowned musical chairs champion," be sure to register ahead of time for this limited participation activity. Only 10 rounds will be held, with the winner of each round receiving an exclusive "musical chairs champion 2024" T-shirt. Around 1 p.m., the grand champion round will be held among each of the rounds champions. Winner of the grand champion round is to be crowned this year's "crowned musical chair champion." Register today!

As a passive display, the community is invited to take part in the "Pumpkin Patch of Prevalence." A basket of small white pumpkins with teal ribbons will be present. Participants are asked if they know someone affected by sexual and/or relationship violence, to place a pumpkin from the basket into the patch. The Pumpkin Patch of Prevalence provides a glimpse of the reality of how much sexual and relationship violence affects our community while assuring victims and survivors that they are not alone.

So, don't miss this interactive event and join in with the Campus Collaborative Against Sexual Assault!

Campus Collaborative Against Sexual Assault partners at this event are Sexual and Relationship Violence Center (SRVC), RESPECT peer educators, Veterans and Military-Affiliated Student Center, Multicultural Center, UA Cares, Title IX, UAPD, Student Accountability and Associated Student Government.
