The U of A Graduate and Professional Student Congress cordially invites all graduate students to join our November Policy Dialogue at 5 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 7, via Zoom.

The Policy Dialogue is a vital forum where graduate and professional students can engage with university administrators and experts to discuss important topics that impact their wellbeing and success on campus. It also provides an opportunity for GPSC members to explore potential partnerships with campus units and organizations to enhance services and the overall graduate student experience.

This month's dialogue will focus on "Knowing Your Rights and Responsibilities as a Graduate Student."

Understanding your rights and responsibilities is key to navigating your graduate journey successfully. The session will cover important topics such as academic policies, funding opportunities, campus resources and more. It's an excellent opportunity to ask questions, seek clarity and ensure you are fully equipped with the knowledge to succeed.

Speakers:

  • Dean Ed Pohl, dean of the Graduate School and International Education
  • Ed Bengston, associate dean of the Graduate School and International Education
