Adults Preparing to Take Weight Loss Medication: Join Our Study Today

Adults over 18 years of age are needed to participate in nutrition study. 

The Center for Human Nutrition at the U of A is conducting a research study to learn more about the effects of protein on body composition and wellbeing in people getting ready to take weight loss medication (e.g., semaglutides, terzepatide, liraglutide [brand names: Wegovy, Zepbound, Ozempic, Mounjaro]). 

Participants will be paid for their time! 

The study lasts up to five weeks and involves four to five visits to the Center for Human Nutrition. The study involves measuring body composition, sleep, mood, diet and other aspects of health.
