The Center for Human Nutrition at the U of A is conducting a research study to learn more about the effects of nutrition and physical activity on wellbeing in postmenopausal women.

Participants will be paid for their time!

The study lasts up to 18 weeks and involves 10-12 visits to the Center for Human Nutrition. The study involves measuring sleep, mood, diet and other aspects of health.
