Auditions for the University Symphony Orchestra in the Department of Music at the Fulbright College of Arts and Sciences will be  Thursday through Monday, Aug. 15-19.  

Sign up for an audition time at room 238 in the Billingsley Music Building

Auditions for the University Symphony Orchestra are open to any student who plays an orchestral instrument, regardless of major. Orchestra meets Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 2:30-3:50 p.m. for one credit. The University Symphony Orchestra gives two concerts of symphonic music in Faulkner Performing Arts Center each semester. 

For the audition, students should come ready to play two contrasting prepared solos, up to five minutes. Seating assignments will be made after the auditions.
