THIS WEEK'S FOCUS: PROCUREMENT ROLL FORWARD — PART 2
Jonathan Smith, the accounts payable and reporting manager, will cover a variety of year-end reports that can assist departments in understanding the specific tasks that must be completed by the fiscal year-end deadlines. The session will explore:
- Strategies for managing open commitments and obligations.
- Leveraging year-end reports to streamline procurement activities and ensure accurate recording of all financial commitments.
- How Accounts Payable reviews transactions during the year-end closeout period and what departments can do to ensure invoices are expensed in the appropriate fiscal year.
