Marjorie Pasch, site coordinator for the online Master of Science in Operations Management and Master of Science Engineering Management degree programs, has been awarded the Employee of the Third Quarter for the College of Engineering. Pasch works remotely in the Memphis area, supporting military students in the two online programs.

Over the past 10 years, Pasch has improved the overall operations and quality of student service with the programs. While serving as an advisor and site director, she has made countless contributions in the 14 certificates now offered by the M.S.O.M. and M.S.E.M. programs.

As an advisor, Pasch is often the first point of contact for prospective students seeking to learn more about the two online programs. She advises for both programs, with expertise in providing guidance to military students and aiding with administrative tuition assistance processes.

Mindy Hunthrop, assistant director of the master's programs, said, "Marge is someone who proactively looks for solutions and is dedicated to continuous improvement. She approaches every student, project and challenge with a solutions-oriented approach."

In February 2024, a student said this about Pasch: "Marjorie is the backbone of this program. She has helped me with any and every question or concern I have had. She has never faltered. She deserves a 100% raise!"
