The Multicultural Center is thrilled to unveil an exciting alteration to our traditional Reading Day festivities. This year, instead of our beloved Pancake Breakfast, we invite our community to join us for a lively Crawfish Boil!

Scheduled to take place from noon to 2 p.m. Friday, May 3, at our brand-new location at the Garland Suites, this event promises to be a great space for relaxation, fellowship and community building.

Attendees can look forward to indulging in a mouthwatering spread featuring crawfish, shrimp, chicken and an array of sides. We are also proud to announce the participation of Meaux Beignet Food Truck, serving up their signature treats.

"We're excited to do something new for the Reading Day festivities. This Crawfish Boil promises to be a fantastic opportunity for our community to come together, enjoy great food and celebrate our campus community," said Adrain Smith, director of the Multicultural Center.

Whether you're a seasoned crawfish enthusiast or simply looking to experience something new, we invite everyone to join us for an afternoon filled with food, fellowship and fun.
