The Center for Community Engagement is excited to announce an upcoming event that promises to ignite passion and spark change within our campus community. Be sure to mark your calendars for our Democracy Dine-In: Student Advocacy Panel, taking place at 3 p.m. Tuesday, March 26, in Arkansas Union 201.

Discover the power of student advocacy as we bring together three dynamic leaders from various advocacy groups on campus. These passionate individuals will share their stories, insights and strategies for driving positive change on issues ranging from environmental sustainability to social justice and mental health awareness.

Panelists include: 

  • Reid Pinckard (SVPA),
  • Keleigh Adams (SWAG) and
  • Hank Herzfeld (Habitat for Humanity).

This is your opportunity to engage with fellow students who are making a difference on campus and learn how you can get involved in shaping a more inclusive and equitable environment for all.
