The Psychological Clinic on campus at the U of A will be offering group therapy for anyone having difficulties falling or staying asleep.

What Is Involved?

  • The group will consist of six weekly sessions of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for insomnia 
  • Sessions will be held Tuesday evenings from 5:30-6:30 p.m. beginning in late March
  • The Psychological Clinic is located on the first floor of Memorial Hall
  • Cost of the program is $60 with a U of A ID or $75 without

  • Call the Psychological Clinic at (479) 575-4258
  • Complete a brief phone screening 
  • Complete an initial in-person interview
