User Solutions Wants Your Help Shaping the Future of Workday Training, Communication and Support
User Solutions continues its commitment to enhancing the Workday experience for campus users with an upcoming workshop on Nov. 29. This session marks the sixth installment in the fall workshop series of focus group/strategy sessions to help campus move into the next phase of Workday training, communication and support.
The workshop aims to gather valuable insights and experiences from participants across various departments and roles. These contributions will serve as the foundation for Phase 2, a series of targeted training and optimization initiatives set to launch in spring 2024.
During the workshop, participants will have the opportunity to:
- Provide their insights on User Solutions' communication strategies
- Create a holistic roadmap that will drive the user experience from start to finish
- Discuss what processes are working and identify areas for improvement
- Brainstorm innovative solutions that cater to the diverse needs of the entire campus
