Join the VAC for Cooking Matters Today
Freshmen! Join Cooking Matters from 5-6 p.m. today, Monday, Oct. 16, in Arkansas Union 201 to make mug cakes and overnight oats! Sign up for today's Cooking Matters.
Cooking Matters is a program through the Jane B. Gearhart Full Circle Food Pantry and the Volunteer Action Center that aims to teach students how to make easy, nutritious, budget-friendly items. If you're unable to make this week's event, Cooking Matters occurs weekly on Monday evenings. Each week, attendees will have the opportunity to learn how to make a new recipe. If you are unable to make this Cooking Matters event, the best way to stay up to date on upcoming Cooking Matters events is by following @uavac on Instagram.
The Jane B. Gearhart Full Circle Food Pantry is a resource available to all U of A students, faculty and affiliates. It is located at 324 Stadium Dr., Fayetteville, AR 72701. The Volunteer Action Center is a student-led organization that connects students at the U of A to service opportunities on and off campus. The VAC seeks to foster a positive relationship between students at the U of A and the Northwest Arkansas community through its six signature programs: Be B.O.L.D., Dream B.I.G., the Jane B.
