Food Science's Apple Butter Available for Purchase
Apple butter made by students with locally grown apples is now available for purchase.
A fundraiser for the Food Science Club, 12-ounce jars are $5 each and a case of 12 jars is $50. It will be available on a first come, first served basis beginning Oct. 9 as long as supplies last.
To purchase, go to the Department of Food Science (2650 Young Ave., Office N113) or call 479-575-4605. Accepted payment types are cash or check, with checks made out to the U of A Food Science Club. Orders are picked up at the same location.
