Participants Needed for Paid Study on the Effect of Nature Walks on Anxiety

If you identify as having anxiety and are not currently seeking or receiving medical treatment for anxiety or regularly engaging in nature walks, you may be eligible to participate in a research study exploring the effect of nature walks on students' anxiety.

This study will require participants to engage in a weekly 30-minute non-guided nature walk for three consecutive weeks and have the ability to access nature trails. Additionally, online questionnaires and a post-study interview will be utilized. Participants will receive a $20 Amazon gift card for compensation upon completion of the walks and the online questionnaires. Selected individuals will also have the opportunity to participate in a post-study interview for an additional $15 gift card.
