Fayetteville Policies and Procedures: Policy Update

The following Fayetteville Policies and Procedures have been updated:

418.1 Title IX Policy for Complaints of Sexual Assault and Other Forms of Sexual Harassment

The Title IX Policy was updated to enhance alignment with current federal regulations and clarify a procedural element during a hearing.

The language regarding days is remaining unchanged at this time.

All policies may be viewed on the web at Fayetteville Policies and Procedures.
