The Office of Student Activities recognizes more than two dozen student leaders graduating this May. These students served in leadership roles in OSA program areas, helping to administer student fee funds and represent student interests.

"All these students have served the University of Arkansas in extraordinary ways," said Mary Skinner, director of student activities. "Their leadership has brought shared experiences for all students, and they have left their mark on the U of A campus. As the director for the Office of Student Activities, I cannot wait to see what a difference they make in the world."

Graduating students and their immediate plans include:

Alex Alvarez, Associated Student Government membership development coordinator, will attend graduate school at Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs for a master's degree in international affairs.

Allison Primm, Associated Student Government Office of Financial Affairs board member, plans to use her experience with OFA in her future career.

Cade Cantrell, Associated Student Government senator, will be attending law school.

Colin Keady, Associated Student Government cabinet member (director of athletics), plans to attend Graduate School at the U of A to obtain an M.B.A.

Dane Arbuckle, Associated Student Government cabinet member (director of accessibility), plans to pursue a seminary degree.

Emily Heidemann, Associated Student Government senator, will enter the Merchandising Development Program at Sam's Club.

Gabrielle Gies, Associated Student Government chair of Senate, will be moving to Washington, D.C., to pursue her career.

Gerson Fajardo, Associated Student Government cabinet member (director of student safety) will attend medical school at University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences.

Grant Smith, former Associated Student Government Senate parliamentarian, will attend graduate school at George Washington University for an M.A. in Asian studies.

Josh Arrington, SOOIE director for administration and former Associated Student Government senator, has been accepted into Harding University's College of Pharmacy.

Kara-Grace Mirando, Associated Student Government secretary, will be moving to New York City for the next step in her career goals.

Kaylen Aldridge, Associated Student Government associate justice, will attend law school.

Lauren Loften, Associated Student Government president, will begin her career in project management consulting related to public health in Kansas City.

Lauren Stephens, Associated Student Government associate justice, will be moving to Thailand to teach English.

Mackenzie Johnson, University Programs' music chair, is planning a career in event management using the knowledge she has gained from working as UP's music chair and serving on the Headliners Concert Committee.

Mary Eichenberger, Associated Student Government senator, will attend law school.

Parker Gunn, former Associated Student Government Office of Financial Affairs board member, will work in Little Rock as a regulatory analyst for SWEPCO.

Peyton Jobe, Associated Student Government cabinet member (director of lifetime engagement), will pursue a Master of Healthcare Administration at University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences and work as a graduate assistant in the Department of Internal Medicine.

Sakura Roberts, Headliners Concert Committee board member and formerly with University Programs, will serve as a wildlife rehabilitation and conservation intern at the Conservancy of Southwest Florida. Working at the von Arx Wildlife Hospital in Naples, Florida, she will spend the next year helping in the preservation of the region's water, land and native Florida species.

Tyler Merreighn, Associated Student Government vice president, will attend graduate school to earn his M.B.A. from the U of A and work as a graduate assistant for the Honors College.

Valerie Jackson, Associated Student Government Office of Financial Affairs board member, will work as an engineering consultant for MasterCard this summer and then begin graduate school at the U of A for a master's degree in industrial engineering.

Zachary Clonch, former Associated Student Government senator, will pursue a master's degree in accounting while working for Deloitte Consulting.

Additional graduates include Christian Greer, Gracie Fuhrman and Grady Schmidt with Associated Student Government; Nayelli Garcia with University Programs; and Anna Draper, Raquel Thompson and Rachel Boeker with Headliners Concert Committee.
