Distinguished Alumni of Year Announced for Agricultural Economics and Agribusiness

The Department of Agricultural Economics and Agribusiness hosted its 10th Distinguished Alumus of the Year Event on Friday, Nov. 4, at the Agricultural, Food and Life Sciences Building.

The ceremony recognized those individuals who continue to bring national and regional prominence to the U of A and the Department of Agricultural Economics and Agribusiness through their hard works and achievements.

This year's celebration will honor the accomplishments of four alumni.

YOUNG ALUMNI AWARD

The first receipient of this award was awarded to Natalie Bartholomew, which was presented by Bruce Ahrendsen. The next receipient of this award was awarded to Chris Baccus, which was presented by Nathan Kemper.

DISTINGUISHED ALUMNI RECOGNITION

The first receipient of this award was awarded to Jennifer James, which was presented by John Anderson. The next receipient of this award was awarded to Scott Hardy, which was presented by Andrew McKenzie.
