National Transfer Student Celebration to be held from 1-3 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 20.

Join the office of New Student and Family Programs this week in celebrating National Transfer Student Week. As transfer champions, it's vitally important that we build awareness of common transfer barriers and the diverse student needs and identities within our transfer populations. National Transfer Student Week offers the perfect opportunity to highlight transition struggles, and successes, and unite our campus partners in advocating on behalf of our specific transfer population.

NSFP will host a celebration in the Arkansas Union Mall from 1-3 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 20. We will have pies, yard games, music, transfer buttons and an opportunity to learn more about our transfer students' stories and their journey to the U of A. Students, staff and faculty are all invited to help celebrate our Razorback transfer students.
