Thanks to feedback from campus users, even more study rooms in Mullins Library can now be reserved online by anyone with a current, valid University of Arkansas email address.
Twelve small group study rooms can accommodate up to four people each. Ten of these are located on the west side of Level 4, and two are located on the east side of Level 3. All are equipped with WiFi, a dry erase board and markers, and they may be reserved for up to four hours per day a maximum of two weeks in advance.
Twelve large group study rooms can accommodate five to six people each. Each room is equipped with WiFi, a large display monitor with HDMI connection and a dry erase board with markers. These rooms may also be reserved for up to four hours per day a maximum of two weeks in advance.
Two large, flex-space rooms on Level 4 can accommodate up to 32 people each. Each room is equipped with WiFi, a large display monitor with HDMI connection and a dry erase board with markers. Requests must be made 48 hours in advance of reservation date and time. These rooms are available for official university functions and cannot be reserved for group study.
A faculty and graduate student reading room is available by ID card access in MULN 333.
Mullins also provides 10 individual faculty carrels that can be reserved on a first come, first served basis each year beginning Aug. 1. All carrels are currently assigned; however, faculty can still apply to be placed on a waitlist from now through April 30. Carrels will be reassigned as they become available.
For users' convenience, Level 3 and 4 of Mullins Library are also equipped with programmable lockers that contain power outlets and USB ports.
