The Office of Student Activities will host Hillfest and Razorbash this upcoming fall during the first week of classes. The two events serve as informational type fairs designed to help students learn more about campus and the Northwest Arkansas community. Registration for both events opens at 10 a.m. on Friday, July 15.

HillFest is a fair for students to meet campus offices/departments and Registered Student Organizations (RSOs). The event will be Monday, Aug. 22, on the Arkansas Union Mall from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Students will learn how they can join student-led organizations, find on-campus jobs, find resources to help them succeed as a student at the U of A and so much more. The event also will have games, music, candy and sweet treats, and free swag along with the annual ASG Welcome Back Cookout.

Campus departments and Registered Student Organizations active for the 2022-2023 academic year are invited to register for HillFest at no cost. Those interested can visit the HillFest registration site and register beginning at 10 a.m. on Friday, July 15. Potential participants must use a UARK email log-in (please note that UARK email log-ins can only be used to register campus departments or RSOs). You will select a table section during registration, and upon submission, you will receive an email with your table number.

Razorbash is a fair for students to engage with local businesses and non-profit organizations around Northwest Arkansas. This event traditionally is held on the third day of classes, which will be Wednesday, Aug. 24, on the Arkansas Union Mall from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. There will be plenty of free food, free swag, discounts to businesses, volunteer opportunities, games, music and much more. Local businesses and community groups will register for Razorbash at a cost of $125 per table. Those interested can visit the Razorbash registration site and register beginning at 10 a.m. on Friday, July 15. Off-campus businesses and non-profit organizations who have not previously logged in to the registration site will have to complete a brief registration form followed by a confirmation email. Once the email is confirmed, you will be able to request your table. Please note that your first name, last name, email address and phone number will be your log-in for future visits, so be sure to record that information. After users select a table section, the browser will open a secure payment site. Once the registration fee is paid, the user will receive an email with a table number.
