The event is free for all U of A students, and non-students can purchase tickets at the door for $12 on the day of the event. The BBQ will be followed by a lecture by guest speaker Fahad Tasleem, the founder of DC Seminary, an institute focused on spiritually empowering working professionals and college students. We welcome everyone from all walks of life to enjoy free BBQ and ask questions and clear up any misconceptions about Islam.

At the event, we plan on serving BBQ chicken, hot dogs, burgers, snacks, drinks and much more! We will also be offering interactive booths so that attendee can walk around and interact and ask questions to local Muslims from Northwest Arkansas. Our booths will include a general Islamic informational booth, Arabic calligraphy booth, Five Pillars of Islam booth, women in Islam booth, a "Try on a Hijab" booth and many other fun activities!
