As part of our ongoing effort to curate resources for our faculty wellbeing initiative, we have worked with Mullins Library to provide you with a collection of readings that focus on the research supporting Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), guides for practicing mindfulness and reflections on stress reduction from leading authors in the field.

We look forward to sharing our MBSR practice with you. You can access the MBSR resources HERE.
