College of Engineering JEDI Hour to Feature Discussion on Addressing Racism
The College of Engineering Office of Justice, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion's February JEDI Hour will feature two engineering professors discussing how to address issues of racism in engineering education. Audie Thompson is an assistant professor who holds the Robert E. Babcock Sr. Professorship in Chemical Process Safety & Environmental Fate of Chemicals, and Uche Wejinya is an associate professor of mechanical engineering.
The session will be held at 3 p.m., Monday, Feb. 28. Registration is not necessary, and all are welcome.
