University Programs hosts the romantic comedy The Proposal (PG-13) at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 1, in the University Programs Video Theater. Free of charge, this event is open to all U of A students. The UP Video Theater is on the fourth floor of the Arkansas Union.
