Join Pat Walker Health Center's Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) for a virtual panel discussion about sex, sexuality, dating, self-love and relationships — Thursday, Feb. 11 from 5 to 6:30 p.m.
This interactive event offers educational information to promote healthy relationships and self-love, as well as help increase health, wellness, and mental health associated with relationships.
CAPS, in collaboration with campus partners, will discuss and answer your questions like, "How do I talk about my STI?" or "How do I talk to my partner about what I like sexually?"
"These questions may be difficult for some to ask, but you are not the only one with these types of questions," said Gonzalo Camp, CAPS Mental Health Clinician/Outreach Coordinator. "The event will be held virtually and will be recorded. Participants will also remain anonymous."
To sign-up for the panel discussion, go to tinyurl.com/lovecaps.
Attendees will also automatically be enrolled in a raffle giveaway. You can receive a second raffle entry by submitting a question for the panel. (Remember, participants remain anonymous, and questions will also be asked anonymously.)
Pick up a Self-Love Goodie Bag
On campus this week? Stop by the Multicultural Center (ARKU 404) and grab a health relationships and self-love goodie bag. CAPS will be handing out goodie bags from Noon to 1 p.m. on February 3 & 4.
The bags will include items to share with your partner or enjoy a good moment by yourself. Stop by and customize your bag!
