Several campus parking areas must be vacated on the Friday evening before each home football game.

With the second home Razorback football game coming on Saturday, Oct. 17, Transit and Parking reminds everyone that you can sync your Outlook Calendar to get notifications of when parking areas must be vacated.  You only need to follow the directions below or see the Transit and Parking website.

The calendar notifications are in lieu of the email reminders provided before each game in the past. You may see the details of these changes in the previous Arkansas News article.

To receive vacate reminders on your calendar, simply go to the calendar app within Outlook and follow these instructions:

  • Right click on "My Calendars" heading
  • Select "Add Calendar" then "open shared calendar"
  • Enter the name "PARK: Athletic Events" then click OK. You should then see the calendar in your list.

Remaining home football games are scheduled for Oct. 17, Nov. 7, Nov. 21 and Dec. 5. Motorists on campus should clear out of all athletic parking areas no later than midnight on the Friday evening before each home game. To see these parking areas, you can go to the football parking map.

You may also see reminders of when parking areas must be vacated by following Transit and Parking on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter (@UATandP).

Any time a parking permit holder has to relocate a vehicle, Transit and Parking recommends the commuter lot (Lot 99 south of the main campus). Lot 99 is located on Beechwood Avenue and can be located on the campus parking map
