Limited Access to BASIS and webBASIS May 29 to June 1

Starting at 5 p.m. Friday, May 29, webBASIS will be unavailable and BASIS access will be limited until 8 a.m. Monday, June 1. This planned outage is required to convert BASIS data to the new Workday system as part of Project One

The Position System, Budget application will be the only accessible BASIS application during this time.

During the outage window, employees will need to track their time outside of webBASIS Time Clock and may enter their time once webBASIS is available.

Since payroll will be processed on Tuesday, May 26, employees who need to view their earnings statement in webBASIS are reminded to do so before 5 p.m. on Friday, May 29. Access will return on Monday, June 1 at 8 a.m.
