The Chartwells team released a motivational and sincere video to the University of Arkansas students, faculty and staff on Monday. While campus has been partially closed, some of the Chartwells' operations have continued to serve students and guests. They also have been "innovating new menu items, donating to the Northwest Arkansas community, and remaining positive for the future," as noted in the video.

Chartwells has been the food service provider for the U of A since 1998.
