Workday Learning Resources and Information

Looking for more information on the upcoming transition to Workday Finance and Human Capital Management?  Visit the University of Arkansas Workday website for up-to-date resources.

The Workday Hog Call schedule is available on the landing page. Each week a topic of interest will be discussed with the resident subject matter expert on hand to facilitate and answer questions.  If you are unable to attend, you can find the recordings and the question/answer session available at Workday Hog Call - Previously Recorded Sessions.

The Resources page is filled with information including the local campus team members, project review, local workday glossary, changes and impacts to various university business processes, previously recorded Workday Hog Call sessions and the opportunity to subscribe to the Workday Newsletter.

Clicking on the Project One link will send you to the Project One website. While it contains pertinent and valuable information, the information presented is for the university system.

The Workday Demo Videos page contains several videos that will help you to understand what Workday is, what systems it will replace and how accessible it is. The first suggested video is the Introduction to Workday, followed by the Workday Concepts to Know video and finally the Workday Wizard series. Please keep in mind these videos are not formal training, but an opportunity for you to become familiar with the look and feel of Workday. Formal training dates, times and delivery methods will be announced closer to the go-live date.
