An eight-week Krav Maga series will be conducted Tuesdays from 5-6 p.m. in room 2132, the activity studio, in the Pat Walker Health Center beginning Jan. 14.

This course is taught by Cole Saugey, owner of the Krav Maga Self-Defense Center in Fayetteville, and is an empowering and energizing experience!

No prior experience in Krav Maga is required!

Registration for the course costs $40 for students and $55 for faculty/staff. To register for the classes simply go to the main reception area in the health center and sign up, or you also may make your payment by phone: (479) 575-4451.

We are also very pleased to continue our Tai Chi class on Wednesdays, starting Jan. 15, 2020, at 11:30 a.m. in Pat Walker Health Center room 2132.

Roger Larrison, a gifted Tai Chi guru, teaches this weekly class for free. Simply come along and join us and benefit from this wellness-oriented practice of moving meditation.

There is no fee or registration required for the Tai Chi class.

We will begin Yoga Well on Friday, Jan. 10, 2020, in Pat Walker Health Center room 2132 at 11 a.m. This is a restorative and centering end-of-the-week practice.
