Pat Walker Health Center's Wellness & Health Promotion Department is offering a semester-long introductory course to Aikido — a holistic Japanese martial art style.

The course meets from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. every Thursday until Dec. 12. The course is held at Pat Walker Health Center in room 2123.

Registration for the course is required and only a limited number of spots remain. The cost of the program is $40 for the entire semester.

Work on fitness and discipline as you learn to understand various skills incorporated into self-defense.
